Hi guys, so today I’m going to share with you a little inspo for vacation shopping so that you can pull of some great looks abroad.
I love following travel bloggers and scrolling through endless feeds of blue hues and skyline views.
If you’re on Instagram, Revolve are doing one of the best campaigns around at the moment titled #RevolveAroundTheWorld, showcasing influencers and consumers with amazing style at bucket list destinations such as Machu Picchu.
#FollowMeTo is one of my favourite hashtags, if you like travel photography make sure you check it out too!
It’s also the inspiration behind this outfit, #FollowMeTo is a hashtag showcasing holiday snaps of people walking towards gorgeous backdrops holding the hand of the photographer.
Most of the time when we’re abroad we are make up free right? Or we’re walking around with a melting face full of foundation. And so, not always picture ready when the right moment comes.
Which led me to thinking about the idea of focusing on outfit details from the back rather than the front, something I never considered when shopping for holiday clothes.
I managed to find this romantic dress and I love it, you can actually get 20% off for TODAY only by clicking HERE and using the code ’20OFF’.
If you don’t have a holiday booked any time soon, bank it for the next one. Trust me, this one won’t go out of style unlike the majority fast fashion vacation pieces. And it actually has the potential to make a really good wedding guest outfit.
I should apologise for my absence of late, I spent the last few weeks in Miami and I’m currently recuperating from jet lag. I’ve been extremely busy working on other projects with some great brands and have some exciting things underway. I will be making it up to you with a series of blog posts this weekend, I have so much to share with you all.
The outfit I’m wearing in this post is from Bershka and Frame, I can’t get enough of the denim trend right now and I’m sporting double denim this summer wherever and whenever I can. This outfit was inspired by Rihanna’s recent ‘four five seconds’ video with Paul McCartney and Kanye West and also her ‘We found love’ video.
The rest of my images were taken at Edition hotel where I had a healthy breakfast; steel cut oats with berries and egg white omelette with spinach and goat cheese (best-breakfast-ever). The hotel as you can see for yourself is amazing and the decor is truly a feast for the eyes, rooms you would only expect to see in your wildest Pinterest dreams.
The hotel has a night club called ‘Basement’ which is open on Friday and Saturday’s, the club has it’s own dancers and a bowling alley if you can manage your hand/eye coordination after a drink or three. If clubbing’s not really your scene the hotel also has 2 pools and an ice rink.
I spent the day time on the beach but didn’t take any photos, I’m currently reading The Wolf of Wall Street and I’m so hooked. It makes me chuckle at the most inappropriate of places when I’m reading it, what are you guys reading this summer? and what do you recommend me reading read next?
